The Circle of Swords Now Accepts PayPal!

You can now pre-register for all scheduled COS events using PayPal! To send COS a PayPal payment, please follow the steps below to ensure that your transaction is processed with as little confusion as possible. Please note that you may pre-register only! You may not post-pay for events (such as COS Quest events, etc.) to obtain Character Skill Points for attendance. Things to keep in mind when pre-registering for conventions:

    * You must submit a GM/Player form whether you paying money or not (from GMing 3+ slots, etc). Valid contact information and an email address are necessary for registration.

    * You will not be registered for WarHorn.net until both your registration form and payment (or exceptions to fees) have been received and approved.

    * PayPal is only used for the main registration fees (ex. $20 for a pre-registered 3-day pass). You do not need to include $1 payments for Event Tickets. Simply make sure you are registered for the event(s) you want on WarHorn.net. Event Tickets are $1 COSBucks and can be used for any event or in the exhibitor room.

    *Note* Only include the base pre-registration fees in your payment! You do not need to send additional $1 payments for event tickets. Event tickets are generic tickets that can be purchased at the Registration Area. Just sign up for the events you wish to play and purchase tickets on-site. Thank you!

    4. Once you are registered for the convention, we will email you your login information to WarHorn.net where you can register to GM or play in any of the available events!



To register online as a Vendor for COSCON & SIBCON

    1. Download and fill out your Vendor Registration Form

    2. Email your form(s) to the Circle of Swords!

    3. Send your money through PayPal using the Shopping Cart below. Be sure to specify the COS Convention in the additional comments section!

To pre-register for COSQuest Events

    1. Verify the appropriate PC/Pre-Registration Fee of the COS Quest Event for which you wish to register.

    2. Email your Membership Form to the Circle of Swords (if you're not already a member)!

    3. Send your money through PayPal using the Shopping Cart below. Be sure to specify the Quest Event(s) in the additional comments section!
