COS Quest Youth Restrictions Initiated:
In order to better ease concerns of parents and to further protect
the youths of our organization, COS has instituted Youth
Restrictions which directly affect all club members ages

If you are age 14 - 15: Sponsorship Guidelines
* You must have your parents/guardians sign a properly completed
COS Quest Disclaimer Form prior
to your admittance into your first COS Quest Event of the year.
* You must have a completed COS
Quest Sponsorship Form with 5 Sponsors (3 of which must
be present at each COS Quest Event you attend).
* You may only attend COS Quest Weekend Events
if there are 3 or more of your COS Adult Sponsors (18 yrs or
older) in good standing (no prior verbal or written reprimands
by COS) at the event. Should you have less than 3 at an event,
it is your responsibility to find a new sponsor(s) prior to
the start of an event and complete new paperwork.

* You must have your parents/guardians sign a properly completed
COS Quest Disclaimer Form prior
to your admittance into your first COS Quest Event of the year.
* You must provide valid proof of age when you
register that you are 16 years of age or older. If you are unable
to provide valid proof of age, you must follow the guidelines
for Sponsorship listed above.
* Once you are able to provide positive age identification
upon reaching 16 years of age or older, you no longer require
Sponsors.

will result in the immediate loss of these Sponsorship privileges
until you turn 18 years of age.
