Located at the base of the Hammerfall Mountains, the trading town of Tankard has been the focal point, and thus taken the brunt, of many conflicts between the dwarves and outsiders. Since it was first built in 72 AL, the mines and town of Tankard have been the location of the many quiet struggles of the dwarves.
